Remedy Education is recruiting for a Personal Care Teaching Assistant to join a highly supportive and well-resourced SEN school in Greenwich. This is a full-time, long-term role supporting children with a range of complex needs including physical disabilities, Autism, and global developmental delays.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care support, including toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance for wheelchair-bound students

  • Support students in the classroom with learning activities tailored to their individual needs

  • Encourage social interaction, independence, and emotional regulation

  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all students



Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a school or care setting (essential)

  • Comfortable with providing intimate and physical care support

  • Compassionate, respectful, and able to maintain students' dignity at all times

  • Confident working with children with a range of needs, including non-verbal and physically disabled students

  • Team player with excellent communication skills
