Senior Support Workers Required for Children's Home in Norbury South Streatham London SW16

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people with emotional and behavioural disabilities ?

We are currently recruiting Senior Residential Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Norbury at our 3 bed home supporting children/young people with EBD and challenging behaviours( Ofsted Regulated)

Our home is well led where there will be huge support and you will be encouraged to develop and progress.

As Senior Support Worker you will

  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people with EBD and complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the well-being and development of the residents.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures
  • Lead and manage the shifts including YPs behaviours and staffing issues
  • Manage the supervision of staff
  • Carry out inductions for newcomers
  • hours 35.5 per week

Senior Support Worker shift patterns

  • 1 on 1 off
  • Week 1 Mon Wed Fri 3pm to 11pm
  • Week 2 Tue Thur 3pm to 11pm Sat 730am to 1130pm
  • Sleeps are £60 11pm to 730am

Senior Support Worker Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience working with Children or Young People (Minimum of 2 year)

  • Driver (preferred)
