Support and Rehabilitation Coordinator

Up to £60k

London (SE1) with hybrid working

Are you a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Social Worker with a passion for making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re working with a well-established and highly respected London law firm to find a dedicated Support and Rehabilitation Coordinator to join their Personal Injury and Medical Claims Team.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a non-clinical role where your healthcare expertise will be valued in a legal context. You’ll be supporting clients with life-changing injuries, helping coordinate their rehabilitation and access to services, while working closely with a specialist legal team.

You'll liaise with clients, healthcare providers, and statutory services to ensure each client receives tailored, effective support. From identifying rehabilitation needs to advocating for appropriate care and guiding families through challenging processes - your impact will be tangible and deeply appreciated.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A clinical qualification and active NMC or HCPC registration
  • Experience in healthcare or rehabilitation settings
  • Excellent communication and empathy
  • A solid understanding of major trauma pathways and welfare services

Experience in the personal injury or legal sector is desirable but not essential - what matters most is your drive to help people rebuild their lives.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary, a generous benefits package including private healthcare and life insurance, and the flexibility to work in a hybrid model.
