Job Title: Support Worker – Adults with Learning Disabilities
Location: W12 9PF
Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week (Monday–Sunday rota, including potential sleep-ins)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing
Overview:
We are urgently seeking experienced Support Workers to join a well-established residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and choice.
This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and reliable individuals who thrive in a hands-on care environment and can commit to a flexible 7-day rota.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs

Promote independence through personalised care plans

Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and medication support

Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment

Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Requirements:

Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs

Willingness to work across a full 7-day rota including potential sleep-ins

Valid and up-to-date DBS (preferable)

Current mandatory training (preferable)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
