Overview:
We are urgently seeking experienced Support Workers to join a well-established residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs

  • Promote independence through personalised care plans

  • Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and medication support

  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment

  • Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs

  • Willingness to work across a full 7-day rota including potential sleep-ins

  • Valid and up-to-date DBS (preferable)

  • Current mandatory training (preferable)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
