Housing Supply Officer, North London Pay rate £29.91 per hour Contract role, Housing Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Housing Supply Officer in North London. Key Responsibilities:  
  • Contacting residents in temporary accommodation to discuss private housing options.  
  • Collecting resident information, including income and medical evidence.  
  • Securing privately rented accommodation by negotiating with landlords and agents. Procuring accommodation within and outside of London.  
  • Ensuring accommodation meets suitability standards for formal offers (S198).  
  • Preparing cases for the discharge of Main Duty. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and spreadsheet skills.  
  • Experience negotiating with landlords, agents, and residents. Experience procuring properties for homeless residents. Confidence in discussing housing challenges with residents.  
  • This role requires a minimum of 2 days per week based at the Hackney Service Centre, with potential offsite visits and presentations.
