Our client is seeking a Housing and Support Officer to provide compassionate housing management and support services-empowering residents to build stable, positive futures.

Your Role:

  • Support residents with their housing needs, proactively manage rent accounts, and reduce arrears through early intervention.

  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver high-quality, joined-up services.

  • Promote residents' wellbeing through needs assessments, tailored action plans, and robust safeguarding practices.

  • Help maximize housing occupancy and reduce voids, while supporting residents to secure affordable, long-term housing solutions.

  • Encourage residents to take part in education, training, and personal development opportunities that build independence and confidence.
