In this role, you will act as a key link between the organisation, contractors, and residents. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships, supporting stakeholder communication, and facilitating smooth service delivery.Salary – £23.23 per hour LtdKey Responsibilities:
  • Lead on local service resident engagement strategies and analyse service improvement data.• Coordinate customer responses by collaborating with local housing teams and contractors.• Manage stakeholder communication and produce materials using various methods.• Represent the Housing Neighbourhood Team at meetings and lead smaller project teams.• Assist with the handover of Regeneration properties and maintain GDPR compliance.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a front-line customer-focused role within social housing.• Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.• Ability to analyse data and present findings effectively.• Flexible to travel and attend meetings outside normal working hours.
