Resident Services Officer

Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a Resident Services Officer to work for our client in Old Kent Road, South East London. Must have social housing and ASB experience.Must have an active DBSContract: 3 month initial contract plus extensionsBasic Salary: Starting from £24 per hour PAYEHours: Full time, 8am-4pmLocation: Old Kent Road - Fully onsiteSummary of PostTo provide a comprehensive and supportive housing management service to residentson an assigned estate or estates, ensuring that tenancies and leases are properlymanaged, and residents understand their rights and responsibilities. The post-holder will resolve cases of antisocial behaviour, nuisance and domestic abuse and ensure these are managed sensitively in accordance with current policy and best practice.Person Specification· Knowledge of relevant housing law and regulation, with significantexperience of applying this in a social housing organisation· Experience of resolving complex enquiries from residents, electedMembers, internal partners and external agencies· Experience of working in a performance-driven environment, includingmeeting KPIs and service standards Version One. · Knowledge of safeguarding principles relating to children and vulnerableadults and experience of applying these in a housing management setting· Knowledge of antisocial behaviour case management and experience ofsuccessfully resolving a range of ASB and nuisance issues· Experience of producing a range of written communications If this role is not for you but you do know somebody who would be interested please refer them.
