Works Administrator
Location: Eltham
Salary: 25,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday. 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm.
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Works Administrator to join their ever-expanding team. As a Works, Administrator, you will take ownership of jobs from initial request through to invoice-ready completion. This includes logging, scheduling, materials ordering, communication, documentation and completion.
Responsibilities of the Works Administrator:
" Log and manage incoming jobs.
" Schedule engineers based on skills, urgency and location.
" Book access with residents and agents.
" Order and track materials, raise purchase orders.
" Maintain communication with engineers and clients.
" Upload certificates, photos and documents.
" Prepare job packs for invoicing.
" Update WIP dashboards daily.
" Run jobs from start to finish.
Requirements of the Works Administrator:
" Strong administration or scheduling experience.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
" Ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
" IT competent (Simpro training provided).
" Proactive and accountable work style.
" Experience in maintenance, FM or building services.
" Understanding of electrical/plumbing/EICR/ Pat/ LRA/HIU/MVHR/RAMS terms.
" Previous scheduling or operations experience.
