Care Coordinator

Care Cordinator wanted for an expanding healthcare and training organisation in London. Candidate must have experience of working within the health and social care industry and must have worked as either a senior carer, monitoring officer or care coordinator. Car drivers with own car will be preferable as chosen candidate will be involved in spot checks, carers supervisor, formulation of care plan and risk assessments among other work. Candidate must be passionate, caring, enjoy supporting vulnerable people and imparting knowledge unto staff. Induction/job shadowing will be provided.
