Key Info:

Support Network: - We have 2 permanent consultant social workers who work closely with all our ASYE’s and social workers within the service - Systemic Practitioners who offer consultations and support to all our staff. - Lmabeth also offer robust support within their HR framework - Each Team is made up of: - 1x TM - 2 x AP to support with complex casework.

Working Model: - Hybrid model - Flexible approach involving working from our town hall campus/hubs. - Expectation to work from our town hall campus during your teams duty week, for team meetings and other development days and at managers discretion some ad-hoc days onsite may be needed. - Encouraging face to face working for teams as we know how important this is for social workers and all meetings with children and family take place face to face.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a current and valid Social Work England registration and pin
  • experience working within Children's Assessments Teams
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care 
  • access to a car for community/home visits

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday - Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 to 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
