If you're used to providing an outstanding level of proactive EA support at CEO/MD level, ideally for a large organisation that has a European or global reach - we'd be keen to hear from you!

As you would expect, managing conflicting priorities, being able to meet deadlines and having a high level of attention to detail, whilst working at pace is essential.

This is a hybrid role, with the office based in Victoria, London.

Here's an overview of the type of tasks and responsibilities you'll be doing:

  • Extensive and proactive diary management, managing high levels of change.
  • Management of complex national and international travel arrangements.
  • Liaising with a variety of internal teams, external clients, and suppliers.
  • Effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Drafting professional and often confidential correspondence.
  • Write, distribute and manage essential and complex minutes and actions.
  • Assist with projects.
  • Project management and organisation of conferences, quarterly seminars, and site visits.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, expenses management and booking of meeting rooms, restaurants, taxis, etc as and when required.
  • Registering new suppliers, raising purchase orders, and submitting invoices.

Extensive experience of working within a senior executive support role is essential along with working across international time zones and being comfortable organising complex agendas and travel, as well as discretion in protecting confidential information.

This is a 3-6 month contract and a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, growing organisation.
