Butler Rose is delighted to be working alongside our public sector client based in Harrow. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Link Worker to join our Adult Social Care Finance team. This is a 12 months contract role with hybrid working arrangement, and will pay up to £27.42 per hour Umbrella rate. This key role will support the financial management of residential care placements and contribute to the recovery of assessed client contributions. Key Responsibilities: Support the Financial Assessment Monitoring Team in managing and recovering contributions from residents in care. Use systems such as Dynamics and Mosaic to ensure accurate billing and reporting. Liaise with care homes, legal representatives, and internal teams to reconcile payments and resolve outstanding debts. Monitor payment arrangements and initiate appropriate debt recovery processes. Maintain accurate financial records and support sundry debt and suspense account management. Contribute to ongoing service improvement and performance target achievement. About You: Experience in debt recovery, financial monitoring, or adult social care finance. Working knowledge of relevant systems (Dynamics, Mosaic) and Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise with a range of stakeholders. Knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 is desirable. Ability to manage workloads and priorities effectively. Essential Requirements: GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
