An exciting opportunity has arisen for Trade Operatives (Carpenters, Plumbers and Plasterer) to work for a Social Housing Contractor based in South East London on a permanent basis offering a salary of 38,000. The successful Trades Operatives will be able to work in occupied properties carrying out reactive repairs.
Location:
* South East London (Lewisham and Southwark)
Working hours
* 08:00am to 17:00pm
* Up to 7 Jobs per Day
You will be required to:
* Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied.
* Provide your own basic hand and power tools.
* Optional out of hours.
* Have experience working within social housing properties.
You will be supplied with:
* Company van
* Fuel card
You must:
* Have use of a smartphone. Jobs will be supplied via an App, BYOD paid at 20.00 a month.
