About the Role You'll be part of a high-performing team responsible for: Delivering longer-term, complex interventions (6+ weeks). Working with older adults and individuals with physical disabilities, including dual diagnoses. Handling complex mental capacity work, Court of Protection cases, and Safeguarding enquiries. Conducting Care Act assessments, unscheduled reviews, and contributing to Continuing Health Care processes. Maintaining manageable caseloads to ensure quality, person-centred practice. Who We're Looking For Qualified Social Worker with 3-4 years+ post-qualifying statutory experience. Strong background in working with adults with complex needs, ideally in community settings. Confident in handling Safeguarding, MCA, Court of Protection, and Continuing Health Care processes.
