Excellent opportunity for an experienced premises or facilities professional to join a respected charitable organisation in a pivotal role where you will shape the future of two busy community and youth activity centres.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the operational management and development of two sites. You will oversee all aspects of site safety, maintenance, compliance, bookings, and contractor management, ensuring facilities are welcoming, safe, and financially sustainable.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in premises, facilities, or estates management, ideally within a school, community, or leisure environment. You will bring strong knowledge of health & safety compliance, confidence in managing budgets and contractors, and the ability to lead a small support team, as well as suggest strategy to improve experience / revenue generation.

The Role:
* Day-to-day and strategic management of two North London community/youth facilities
* Oversight of health & safety, maintenance, compliance, bookings, and promotion
* Management of contractors, cleaning services, and a part-time premises assistant

The Person:
* Background in premises/facilities/site management, ideally in an educational, community, or leisure setting
* Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and contractor management
* Experience with budgeting, reporting, and project oversight
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and strategic approach
