We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker in the Complex Care Team within Islington. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels.

The responsibilities of the Social Worker includes:
  • Carry out complex needs assessments for adults and their carers.
  • Create, implement, and review person-centered care and support plans.
  • Manage a complex caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Lead complex safeguarding inquiries and multi-agency risk assessments.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act.
  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of health and social care professionals.
  • Advocate for service users and their families.
  • Provide advice and support to clients and their network.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DipSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
