Qualified Social Worker – Children’s Services (HCPC Registered)

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum (DOE) + benefits

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our client a rapidly growing childrens service provider.

You’ll play a key role in providing high-quality assessments, support plans, and interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes — working collaboratively with multi-agency partners and using a child-centred approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload within statutory children’s services.
- Undertake assessments, care planning, and direct work with children and families.
- Work in partnership with schools, health professionals, and external agencies.
- Ensure safeguarding principles are upheld in all casework.
- Participate in supervision, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development.
- Maintain accurate, timely records and reports in line with HCPC standards.
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
- HCPC / Social Work England registration (essential).
- Experience within Children’s Services, ideally in safeguarding, LAC, or child protection.
- Strong understanding of the Children Act 1989 and related legislation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
