Are you an experienced RGN ready to take the lead in a high-impact role? A forward-thinking, well-established provider of complex community care is expanding across South West London and theyre looking for a Senior Adult Nurse Manager to guide their clinical teams and shape outstanding care delivery.

This is more than just a management role. Youll be hands-on in the community, working closely with a small caseload of clients, mentoring Nurse Case Managers, and ensuring the highest standards across every package of care.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Leading a team of Nurse Case Managers, providing clinical guidance and day-to-day support
  • Delivering face-to-face care and oversight for a reduced caseload of adults with complex needs
  • Creating and implementing tailored care plans that put the individual first
  • Training and mentoring care staff, ensuring top-quality, compassionate care in every home
  • Acting as the key clinical link between families, carers, community teams, and commissioners
  • Playing a central role in clinical governance, audits, and service development
What Youll Bring:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
  • A strong background in complex community care
  • Recent experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care (within the past 2 years)
  • A collaborative leadership style and a drive to raise standards
  • Confident communicator with experience working alongside families, CHC teams, and commissioners
  • Suitable for Band 6/Band 7 nurses with proven team leadership
  • Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
