Role overview:We’re working with an Early Intervention Community Mental Health Team in Central London seeking a dedicated Mental Health Social Worker. You’ll play a key role in providing timely interventions and person-centred care to individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis.
Key duties:

Manage a caseload of service users under CPA
-
Complete risk assessments and care plans
-
Safeguarding and Mental Health Act responsibilities

Liaise with families, housing teams, and partner agencies

Support recovery-focused discharge planning
Requirements:
-
Social Work England registration
-
Experience in a CMHT or Early Intervention team

Strong knowledge of safeguarding and the Mental Health Act

Excellent communication and coordination skills
