About the Role:We are seeking Children's and Senior Social Workers to join our Family Help Service in South West London. You'll work with families, providing early intervention and support under Child in Need, Child Protection, and care proceedings frameworks. This role offers manageable caseloads and the opportunity to make a lasting impact by building relationships and supporting children to remain at home wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide strength-based, evidence-informed interventions

Build strong relationships with children and families, co-producing child and family assessments

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including mental health, domestic abuse, and substance misuse practitioners

Maintain accurate case records and meet statutory requirements

Champion best practice and contribute to service-wide improvements

Salary up to £51,127 per annum (depending on experience)

£5,000 welcome bonus and £1,000 retention bonus every 2 years

Social Work England registration fee paid

Up to 40 days' annual leave (including bank holidays)
