Job Summary:Join our Child Protection team in South West London! This role offers a manageable caseload (10-15 families), supported by the Family Safeguarding Model, which reduces caseloads each week. Work with children and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being while receiving ongoing support for your professional development.
Key Responsibilities:-
Assessment & Intervention: Undertake assessments of children and families to ensure safety and implement effective plans.

Case Management: Manage a caseload, with regular reductions to ensure focus on quality practice.

Court Work & Collaboration: Support court proceedings and collaborate with multi-agency teams to safeguard children.

Family Safeguarding Model: Work within a framework designed to reduce caseloads and support manageable workloads.

Qualification: Social Work degree and registered with Social Work England.

Experience: Prior experience in child protection, including court work and safeguarding.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of child protection laws and frameworks.

Competitive salary: £45,000 - £51,000.
