Technical Architect - Refurbishments and Cladding
A highly-regarded, multidisciplinary architectural, construction & design practice is looking for a Technical Architect (Refurbishments & Cladding) to join its growing team based in its lovely offices in Farringdon, London.

The Technical Architect role
The successful Technical Architect is an integral part of multiple project teams, working closely with experienced leaders and contributing vision and technical expertise to shape inspiring spaces.
The team offers expertise across a variety of sectors, with services that relate to the full lifecycle of a building or a development.
This role is focused on the refurbishment of existing buildings, including tall buildings, with a bias towards external cladding packages.
This is not a new buildings role. There will be future opportunities to move within the company.
The Technical Architect
The successful Technical Architect will be passionate about technical design and thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
Key skills and experience include
- Hands-on experience of technical design and construction detailing for existing build, and external cladding packages preparation (RIBA stages 3 - 4)
- Strong Revit knowledge
- Experience of high rise glazed faades is ideal but not essential
