Salary: 40-46,000

Our client, a respected RIBA-chartered practice based in London, is seeking a motivated and highly proficient Technical Architect to join their growing team. Known for their commitment to sustainable, thoughtful design across residential, commercial, and education sectors, the studio is entering an exciting phase of growth supported by a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.



Requirements

  • ARB-registered Architect
  • Extensive post-Part 3 experience within a UK architectural practice
  • Strong design sensibility complemented by confident technical detailing skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, and modern construction methodologies
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Revit highly advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Professional, proactive, and driven approach to project work


Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality architectural output across all RIBA stages
  • Engage with clients to develop innovative, sustainable design solutions
  • Coordinate effectively with consultants and internal design teams
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and construction documentation
  • Mentor and support junior team members as required
  • Work closely with senior leadership on project planning, delivery, and technical strategy
