Salary: 40-46,000

Our client, a well-regarded RIBA-accredited practice based in London, is looking to appoint a motivated and skilled Technical Architect to join their expanding team. Recognised for their dedication to sustainable, considered design across residential, commercial, and education sectors, the studio is entering an exciting period of growth, supported by a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.

Requirements

  • ARB-registered Architect
  • Significant post-Part 3 experience within a UK architectural practice
  • Strong design awareness paired with confident technical detailing expertise
  • Solid knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, and contemporary construction methods
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit experience highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Professional, proactive, and results-driven approach to project delivery

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality architectural output across all RIBA stages
  • Collaborate with clients to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions
  • Coordinate effectively with consultants and internal teams
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction documentation
  • Mentor and support junior team members as needed
  • Work closely with senior leadership on project planning, delivery, and technical strategy
