We're seeking a talented Application Engineer with a solid background in the finance or banking sector, and hands-on experience working with payment systems. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of secure, scalable software applications that directly support critical financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.
  • Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards such as PCI-DSS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to the automation of development workflows.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong background in application engineering, particularly within the financial services or banking industry.
  • Demonstrable experience working on payment platforms or payment processing systems.
  • Proficient in:
    • .NET / C#
    • JavaScript
    • GitHub and Jira
    • CI/CD tooling
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with system integration, performance tuning, and application-level troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of application security standards, particularly PCI-DSS.
