AWS DevOps Platform Engineer
6-month initial contract
London - 1x day a week
Up to £700 per day - Umbrella engagement
Sanderson is currently working with a large bank who require a seasoned AWS DevOps Platform engineer to assist in the migration of a private cloud to AWS. This person will be building EKS clusters and infrastructure from scratch, deployment of ArgoCD and implement GitOps pipelines, containerise and migrate microservices from private cloud to AWS and integrate with existing monitoring platforms.
- Solid understanding of AWS (EKS, monitoring and logging)
- Experience of working on similar migrations to AWS
- Strong knowledge in Networking (Routing, DNS, VPCs)
- Track record of building Kubernetes based cloud infrastructure from scratch
- PCF (Pivotal cloud Foundry) experience
- Terraform
