AWS Platform Engineer - London (Hybrid, 2/3 days a week) - 70K


We're looking for a Platform Engineer to join a team delivering modern cloud solutions. You'll help design, build, and maintain scalable platforms that support fast software delivery and operational reliability.


Key responsibilities:

  • Design and manage AWS-based platforms with a focus on EKS and containerized workloads
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Work closely with development teams to improve reliability and performance
  • Set up monitoring, logging, and observability tools for production environments
  • Drive automation across infrastructure and application layers


Skills and experience:

  • Solid AWS experience, including EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, and related services
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization
  • Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
  • Understanding of Information security best practices (ISO27001, SOC, NIST)
