Back End Developer
Duration - until 12/10/2026
Rate - (Apply online only) per day - umbrella only
Location - London, 1-2 days every 2 weeks.

As a Context Engineer in our Development team, you'll collaborate closely with the Dev Lead to pioneer and apply "Context Engineering"-the art and science of curating high-quality AI contexts for large-scale software projects. You'll help deliver on our current initiatives while integrating this practice into Enterprise Design Thinking methodologies, ensuring AI-assisted workflows enhance ideation, empathy mapping, and iterative prototyping across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong foundation in software development with C# and TypeScript.
  • Experience with AI/LLM concepts (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG).
  • Analytical mindset for assessing sufficiency (relevance, completeness, freshness) and mitigating risks like hallucinations.
  • Focus on Clean Architecture and Clean Code principles.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Design Thinking or Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of code quality tools (e.g., linters, etc.) and nonfunctional standards (e.g., WCAG 2.2, OWASP).
  • Experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
  • Excellent collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams.
