Role: BPM Developer

Location: London, 3 days per week on site required

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Application Developer to join a dynamic Business Intelligence IT team. This role involves both the development and support of business-critical applications using Opentext MBPM (Metastorm), Microsoft .NET (C#), and Oracle SQL. You will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining custom workflows and applications that support operational needs across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain workflow applications using MBPM, C#.NET, and SQL (Oracle & SQL Server)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across London and New York
  • Support production environments and troubleshoot system issues
  • Ensure compliance with change management and development standards
  • Participate in deployments, upgrades, and off-hours support when needed

What You'll Need:

  • Hands-on experience with Opentext MBPM and .NET development
  • Strong SQL skills (T-SQL & PL/SQL)
  • Good problem-solving abilities and experience in enterprise IT environments
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
