The Role

You'll play a key part in managing and optimising cloud systems, keeping production environments secure, reliable, and scalable, and supporting the development team through robust CI/CD pipelines. You will also take ownership of infrastructure improvements, ensuring the platform remains future-proof, participate in the on-call rota (one week in every six) to resolve critical issues promptly and collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams to deliver seamless releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodeBuild, CodePipeline).
  • Ensure system stability, security and scalability across environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
  • Document infrastructure, workflows and processes for internal use.
  • Support compliance and security requirements (GDPR, ISO standards).

What We're Looking For

  • Strong AWS expertise with hands-on experience in infrastructure management.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (security groups, ACLs, proxies).
  • Familiarity with Docker image security and containerisation best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.

Why Work With Us?

  • Fully remote (UK-based) with a London HQ for optional meet-ups and team events.
  • Work with cutting-edge tech and gain exposure to emerging tools and services.
  • Real career progression in a scaling company where your voice matters.
  • Collaborative, inclusive culture with opportunities to own projects and shape how we grow.
