Our user-driven platform is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a Senior Full Stack Mobile Engineer to join our App, Training, or Growth teams to lead technical excellence and deliver game-changing features.

As a Senior Full Stack Mobile Engineer, you'll spearhead the development of sophisticated features, from intuitive mobile interfaces to scalable serverless backends. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction, mentor junior engineers, and ensure top-tier delivery in a high-energy startup.

• Architect and build advanced mobile app features using React Native to captivate fitness users.

• Design and optimize serverless backend systems with Node.js and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).

• Lead GraphQL API integrations and develop web components with Next.js.

• Partner with product teams to define and deliver user-focused features.

• Drive technical decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices to foster team growth.

• 5+ years of experience building mobile apps with React Native.

• Deep expertise in Node.js and AWS serverless architecture (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).

• Strong proficiency in GraphQL and Next.js.

• Significant experience in a consumer-focused product company (e.g., mobile-first scale-ups in fitness, wellness, or on-demand services).

• Ability to own end-to-end feature development across the stack.

• Strong product mindset, with a knack for balancing technical and user needs.

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or consumer mobile products.

• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or performance optimisation.
