This role offers a great opportunity for a Power Automate Developer to join a dynamic pharmaceutical business working on impactful digital transformation initiatives. You'll take a hands-on role in streamlining internal workflows, integrating systems, and enabling process automation across key business functions. THE ROLEYou'll join a collaborative automation and digital solutions team focused on optimising internal business processes. Your work will help improve operational efficiency across departments by building, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing scalable Power Automate workflows to streamline critical business processes.

  • Building user-friendly applications using Power Apps tailored to business needs.

  • Creating insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Integrating Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.

  • Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.

  • Supporting governance, documentation, and ongoing optimisation of automation assets.

  • Educating and enabling business users to make effective use of low-code tools within the Power Platform.

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Hands-on experience with the full Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), Power Apps, and Power BI.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

  • Experience in developing and integrating low-code/no-code applications.

  • Familiarity with API connectors, data integration, and security best practices.

  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from business, operations, and compliance teams.

  • Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
