The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that support enterprise portfolio management, demand management, project management, and resource planning within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on SPM.
- Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems as needed.
- Maintain and enhance existing SPM configurations and functionalities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SPM-related issues.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
