Senior Software Developer  - Front Office Team - Fixed Income 

Location: London

We are looking for multiple talented C#/.NET Developer to join our clients Fixed Income Front Office Technology team in London.

There are multiple positions within the team, the ideal candidates will have experirence working closely with traders, desk heads, and product owners to deliver innovative, high-performance solutions that support trading, risk management, and regulatory initiatives across front office teams.

You will be responsible for designing and developing new software, integrating vendor systems, and supporting major Fixed Income projects including a number of system implementations / upgrades. The role also involves contributing to the firm's wider IT strategy, ensuring their platforms remain scalable, resilient, and competitive.

Key requirements:

  • Expert level proficiency in C# and .NET Core

  • Experience working within the Banking sector, Ideally supporting Fixed Income teams and products

  • Solid understanding of Fixed Income products, Risks, and Trading Environments

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Hands-on experience with Agile, CI/CD, and automated testing

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with Front Office stakeholders

  • Experience supporting and implementingLowLatency Trading Systems

  • Ensure the stability and effectiveness of Fixed Income systems, integrated within the broader banks technology environment.

  • Lead development tasks ranging from new project delivery to optimisation of existing systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy.

  • Support enterprise data management and governance through Agile SDLC practices.

  • Deliver regulatory and internal reporting in a timely, resilient manner, using appropriate technology.

  • Collaborate daily with traders and desk heads, ensuring technology aligns with strategic business objectives, teh successful candidiate will require advanced business knowledge of Fixed Income markets 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core development.

  • Prior experience in the Banking Sector

  • Solid understanding of Fixed Income products, risks, and trading environments.
