Your role will involve overseeing team sprints, performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement, and taking ownership of any saftey and security standards such as ISO certifications.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java, Python, or any other OOP language. Their tech stack includes Java, Springboot, Microservices, Python, and AWS. Leadership and management experience of at least 1-2 years is essential for this role, and exposure to ISO certifications would be a plus.In return, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £110k, an onsite role in London, and access to professional development through training programs and a range of perks.
