We're working with a fast-growing tech business in London that is looking for a confident and people-focused Software Trainer to join their team.

In this role, you'll design and deliver effective training sessions for both clients and internal users, helping them get the most from a powerful and user-friendly software platform. You'll be confident leading sessions in person and online, and enjoy helping others understand and use technology with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interactive and engaging software training sessions for users at all levels
  • Create clear training materials, user guides, and e-learning content
  • Run onboarding sessions, webinars, and workshops for clients and teams
  • Gather user feedback to continuously improve training delivery
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to stay informed on platform updates and user needs

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering software training (ideally within SaaS or B2B platforms)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt training approaches for different audiences and learning styles
  • Proficiency with tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and LMS platforms
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and collaborative
  • Regular team socials and wellness initiatives
