We are currently recruiting for a large charity in the UK for the role of QA Tester. What you’ll be doing:
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, covering manual and automated testing (unit, system, UAT) to uphold quality standards across both web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure testing aligns with project milestones and supports seamless feature rollouts
- Champion the use of modern testing frameworks such as Selenium and Cypress, embed QA within CI/CD workflows, and advocate for consistent quality assurance best practices
- Uphold data protection and GDPR compliance throughout all testing activities, while meticulously documenting processes in accordance with QA policies
Main Skills/ Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a QA Tester, with a solid track record in both manual and automated testing environments
- Relevant qualification in Software Testing or equivalent proven experience within the industry
- Proficient in using leading test automation tools, including Selenium, Cypress, and Postman
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, including API testing, cross-browser and mobile testing, and integration within CI/CD pipelines
