What you'll do:

  • Support their learning in literacy, numeracy, and beyond, adapting as they grow.
  • Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to create the right approach-because every small win matters.
  • Be the consistent, reassuring presence that helps them feel safe and ready to learn.

  • You've got resilience in spades-working with SEMH can be tough, but you don't give up easily.
