Are you dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of pupils with Special Education Needs? Do you have an extensive amount of experience supporting pupils with EHCPs?

If so, Help Educate is seeking to appoint a caring and 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work with a KS1 pupil in one of our partner schools in Southwark.

Expectations:

  • You'll be expected to offer individualised support to a pupil with ASD and ADHD, but not limited to.
  • Creating a supportive atmosphere where pupils can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.
  • Be active in any sensory-based learning, managing behaviours and meeting the teacher's expectations while ensuring the curriculum is accessible to pupils with EHCPs.

This opportunity is perfect for someone with a strong background in supporting vulnerable children and a genuine dedication to inclusive education.

  • Previous experience working with vulnerable children with an EHCP or an IEP
