Are you resilient, compassionate, and ready to make a real difference? We are currently recruiting a Challenging Behaviour Assistant to join a supportive SEN Secondary School in South London, working with students aged 11-18 who require additional behavioural and emotional support.

This Challenging Behaviour Assistant role involves supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, autism, and other learning difficulties. Based in South London, you'll work closely with teaching staff to implement behaviour strategies and promote a positive learning environment.

The Role:Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

School: SEN Secondary School (ages 11-18)

Start Date: Immediate or September 2025

Full-time, Monday to Friday
