This Challenging Behaviour Assistant role involves supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, autism, and other learning difficulties. Based in South London, you'll work closely with teaching staff to implement behaviour strategies and promote a positive learning environment.

School: SEN Secondary School (ages 11-18)
Start Date: Immediate or September 2025
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:Supporting students aged 11-18 with challenging behaviour
Helping deliver structured routines and learning plans
Providing emotional and academic support
Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff
