Pay Rate: 110 - 120 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs?
A welcoming and inclusive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Lambeth is seeking a confident and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a long-term position, ideal for someone with prior experience supporting students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges.
You will play a vital role in ensuring students feel supported, included, and able to access learning tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
Assist with behaviour regulation strategies and learning interventions
Collaborate closely with class teachers, therapists, and SENCOs
Support EHCP goals and implement individual learning plans
Help maintain a safe, positive, and structured learning environment
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 6 months' experience working in a SEN setting (school or similar)
Excellent understanding of ASD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties
Confident managing behaviour positively and calmly
Able to build strong relationships with students and staff
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UK
