A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Learning Support Assistant to support a student with ADHD in a welcoming primary school setting in Lambeth, starting this September.

Role: Learning Support AssistantLocation: Primary School, LambethStart Date: September 2025

Your Role Will Involve:* Providing tailored one-on-one support to a student with ADHD, helping them stay engaged and succeed in the classroom.* Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised strategies that support learning and behaviour.* Encouraging emotional regulation and building routines that promote focus and self-confidence.* Supporting the development of positive social skills and encouraging independence in daily activities.* Assisting the student throughout the school day, including during transitions, breaks, and enrichment sessions.

What We're Looking For:* Previous experience working with children on an individual basis, particularly those with ADHD or similar needs.* A calm, supportive, and adaptable approach to learning support.* Great communication and teamwork skills.* Relevant qualifications or training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) support are desirable.
