SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 1 student with autism at a primary school in Hounslow. This full-time role offers excellent onsite parking and a supportive working environment.

The Role:

  • 1:1 support for a student with autism in a KS1 class

  • Assisting with learning activities, personal development, and inclusion

  • Providing tailored strategies to support the student's educational and social progress

  • General classroom support as required

About You:

  • Experience working with students with autism or additional needs, ideally within a primary setting

  • Strong communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach

  • Ability to follow the direction of the class teacher and SENCO
