A supportive and inclusive mainstream primary school in Putney is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to work with a Year 3 pupil with ASD, ADHD and behavioural needs. This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal for someone passionate about SEN support and making a real impact in a child's school experience.

? Key Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support for a child with ASD and ADHD, managing challenging behaviour with consistency and care

  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress and adjust strategies

  • Encourage independence and help the pupil engage with class activities

  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment
