Academics, one of London's leading education recruitment agencies, is now hiring enthusiastic and proactive Teaching Assistants to join the team.

The Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support learners aged 11-16 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex learning needs.
  • Work within small class groups (around 8-10 pupils) alongside a teacher and at least 3 other TAs.
  • Help deliver personalised support, build trust with pupils, and create a safe, engaging learning space.
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, parents, and carers to ensure each student thrives.
  • Be willing to support with personal care and swimming sessions if required.
