What you'll be doing:-
Supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons

Preparing learning resources and assisting with classroom organisation

Leading or supporting small-group interventions

Bringing energy, empathy, and encouragement to help pupils thrive every day

Have experience working with children or young people in settings such as youth work, coaching, tutoring, or classroom support

Have worked with pupils with Special Educational Needs (e.g. Autism, SEMH, behavioural needs, or learning difficulties) - though this isn't essential
