We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and work closely with students who require additional help in accessing the curriculum.
The Role:-
Support students with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties) in class and during interventions

Work one-to-one or in small groups, helping to reinforce learning and boost confidence

Assist teachers with classroom management and differentiated instruction

Monitor student progress and contribute to EHCP reviews and support plans

Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Experience supporting young people with SEN, ideally in a school or similar setting

A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills
