The Role – SEN TA

Seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11–19 in a specialist ASD school. You will work in class, one-to-one and in small groups, supporting learning, communication, and emotional regulation. The role involves implementing individual education plans, using visual supports and structured routines, supporting sensory needs, and promoting independence and social skills. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to provide consistent, personalised support and help create a calm, structured learning environment.
