About the Role:As an SEN TA, you will work closely with students who have a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health challenges. You'll play a key role in helping them engage in lessons, develop confidence, and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN

Help implement and monitor individual education plans (IEPs)

Support students both in and out of the classroom

Collaborate with teachers and the SENCo to adapt lesson materials

Promote inclusion and encourage independence in learning

Help manage behaviour positively and consistently

A genuine interest in SEN and supporting young people

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable

A relevant qualification or willingness to undertake training is a plus
